Cancellation Policy
I value your time and mine. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please read the policy below:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll need to pay a no-show/late cancelation fee before rebooking. Cancellation fee is 25% of your service.
• No-shows without communication will not be allowed to book again.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you’ll have to pay another deposit!
• Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new appointment with proper notice.
